Preparing for today’s homily based on the gospel of Mark & Deuteronomy, my theme was going to be  Satan doesn’t want us in church! Reading and praying my inspiration came with this quote from a local governor regarding the Covid virus: “Why did God do this?”

The Holy Spirit allowed me to hear this and provided my prayer inspiration for the homily. From yesterdays post: The devil just spoke through the governor of New York…….: “why did God do this?”….. He says he has faith. But his faith may be in Beelzebub.

Don’t forget he also said early on when the numbers were going down. “God didn’t do this, we did!”. Satan has him by the ears!- Fr Louis Scurti
